I’ve always loved cooking. I grew up in a family who cooked all 3 meals a day, and experimented with new and made up recipes. At the age of 7, I took it upon myself to cook dinner (one night) for the whole family. Of course my parents were near and assisted me with prepping the sides, and the table. I remember it like it was yesterday. I served salad and a fresh home made bread to start, and spaghetti noodles bathed in some olive oil/lemon flavor type of thing, with chicken. I made everyone sit at the table and eat. My parents thanked me, and they all told me that it was good. They had eaten everything!
After I hit 10 years old, cooking took a back seat. And I started eating on the go because I was always on the go. I still am always on the go but, I’ve made it a priority to cook my own meals again.
Now for my Top 10 Herbs & Spices:

And I can testify that from the state my body was in before doing it, to a month later, and now, they have worked wonders on my body internally. I can tell you that I did change to a healthier eating lifestyle. For a month I stuck with only Chicken and Lean Fish. Vegetables and Fruits, and lots and lots of water. Chicken and Fish never got boring to me, because I would make my own seasonings and cook them differently every time. I also stuck with Coconut oil or Olive oil for cooking. No salt, no bread, no dairy products.
